RAC Sports provides tools for league management, scheduling, stat tracking, communication, and related services.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Communications (Email & SMS Consent)

By registering for RAC Sports or participating in a league, you agree to receive communications from us, including:

• Email notifications (updates, schedules, announcements)
• SMS/text messages (game alerts, reminders, league updates)

SMS Terms:

• Message frequency varies based on league activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out:

• SMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe
• Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email

4. Data & Privacy

• RAC Sports does not sell or rent your personal data.
• We use your data only to operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
• We may store user information such as contact details, stats, and activity.

5. Advertising (Future Use)

RAC Sports does not currently display advertisements. However, we reserve the right to introduce ads or sponsorships in the future. We will not sell your personal data to advertisers.

6. User Content

Users may submit content such as player data, stats, photos, and team information.

By submitting content, you grant RAC Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform and related services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

7. Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users
• Submit false or misleading stats or information
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform (e.g., hacking, malware)

8. Stat & League Data Disclaimer

RAC Sports provides tools for tracking and displaying stats.

• We do not guarantee accuracy of stats entered by users or leagues.
• League administrators and users are responsible for verifying data.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAC Sports is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Scheduling conflicts or missed notifications
• Inaccurate stats or user-submitted data
• Any indirect or consequential damages

12. Intellectual Property

All RAC Sports branding, software, and platform features are owned by RAC Sports. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

RAC Sports may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for downtime or errors from those services, or data handling outside our platform.

14. Media & Photo Use

By uploading images or media, you grant RAC Sports permission to use them within player profiles, league pages, and platform features.

15. Fair Use & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to limit or suspend usage if we detect spam, excessive messaging, abuse of communication features, or behavior that negatively impacts the platform or other users.

16. Age Requirements

• Users must be at least 13 years old.
• For youth leagues, accounts may be managed by a parent, guardian, or league administrator.

17. Future Payments

Certain features may become paid in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing will be clearly communicated and fees will be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

18. Data Retention

We may retain user data as needed for platform functionality, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RAC Sports harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of RAC Sports means you accept any updates.
